Court Approves Reorganisation Plan for AS PlusPlus Capital
We are pleased to announce that on July 4, 2025, the court officially approved the reorganisation plan of AS PlusPlus Capital. The decision took effect on July 22, 2025. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s recovery process and lays the foundation for a stronger, more sustainable future.
The court’s approval confirms the viability of our restructuring strategy and reflects confidence in the company’s long-term prospects. With this endorsement, AS PlusPlus Capital is moving forward with the implementation of the plan and has begun fulfilling its obligations to creditors in accordance with the approved schedule.
