Status update on the next payment of the bonds

Tallinn, Estonia, 02 February 2026 – On 20 January 2026, PlusPlus Capital Financial S.à r.l. (the “Company”) published the results of the meeting of holders of its 11% Senior Secured Bonds 2022/2026 (ISIN: XS250240155).

In accordance with the meeting results, the Company has proceeded with the implementation of the approved resolutions, with holders representing 65.9% of the outstanding principal amount participating in the meeting and more than 96% voting in favour. The Company has filed the necessary documentation with the common depository and the relevant clearing systems, and the required funds for the next payment have been made available.

Once the required technical changes have been implemented by the clearing systems, the payment will be released to the bondholders through those systems.

The Company will provide further updates in due course regarding the submission of the application to the Luxembourg court in relation to the termination of the reorganisation plan and any subsequent steps.
