PlusPlus Capital Concludes Reorganisation Proceedings and Announces Changes to Its Management Bodies
Tallinn, Estonia, 22 September 2026 – AS PlusPlus Capital announces that its reorganisation proceedings have officially concluded. Harju County Court issued a ruling concluding the proceedings on 1 July 2026, which is now final.
The conclusion follows the fulfilment of the obligations set out in the reorganisation plan. The official notice has been published in Ametlikud Teadaanded (Official Announcements) and is available here.
Following the completion of the reorganisation proceedings, changes have also been made to the Company’s management bodies.
Kaarel Raik has decided to step down from his position as a member of the Management Board, having achieved his objective of helping guide the Company through the reorganisation process to a successful conclusion. Raimu Pruusapuu will continue as a member of the Management Board.
Changes have also taken place in the Supervisory Board, with several members stepping down following the completion of the reorganisation. Sacha Verveckken continues to serve on the Supervisory Board, joined by François Antoine de Yrigoyen and Anthony Fender, both newly elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
