Convening of bondholders’ meeting on 16 January 2026

Tallinn, Estonia, 15.12.2025.  PlusPlus Capital Financial S.à r.l. (the “Company”) has convened a meeting of its bondholders to be held on 16 January 2026 at 15:00 CET at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

All bondholders will receive the convening notice through their custodian banks and it is also published on the Company’s website.

Bondholders may vote at the Meeting by appointing a proxy, subject to the advance submission of a duly executed proxy and a Blocking Notice. Instructions must be received by the Tabulation Agent by 13.00 CET on Monday, 12 January 2026. Any alternative voting arrangements (for example, voting via your bank) must be coordinated directly with the relevant custodian bank.
